Stria was formed during the summer of 2007 with one goal: Minister to others through the art of music. Now the trio from central Florida has taken the step into the Christian and secular music scene to ignite a project so powerful that everyone must stop to listen.
Blending sounds such as alternative rock, rap-core, hardcore, pop, and worship, Stria combines heartfelt and vivid lyrics with gripping melodies and hooks. Passion and power are delivered song after song, and the sincerity of the message is clear and hopeful. With a sound and presence similar to the likes of Skillet, Red, Finger Eleven, and Linkin Park, Stria is sure to entertain ears and eyes alike.
Valuing the ability to be versatile, Stria seeks to create something for everyone in their songs and in their sets, occasionally exchanging their heavy guitars and drums for acoustics and a cajon. Regardless of what instruments are being played, Stria remains as a band dedicated to captivating music, dueling vocals, and a message that is undeniable.
