Stretford End is an Alternative Rock band from Hollywood, CA. Formed during the summer of 2008, the group takes their name from the world famous Manchester United west end stands formerly known as The Stretford End.

Remarkably, in this short time they have already began to create a substantial buzz. Releasing an EP four months after their creation entitled The Entertainer, Stretford End has performed at some of the most prestigious clubs in the San Francisco Bay Area such as Slims, Bottom of the Hill, The Fillmore, Blakes on Telegraph and Sacramento s The Boardwalk. They have also been seen billed with Major Label acts such as Fingertight(Columbia), Die Trying(Island), 30 Seconds to Mars(Virgin), Flyleaf(Sony), Plain White Ts(Hollywood), National Product(A&M), Domeshots(Rock Ridge Music), The Matches(Epitaph) and others.


Alex Millar (Vocals/Guitar), Prentice Daggs (Drums) and Ryan Walsh (Bass) banded together to create a musical sound that is fresh yet familiar, new yet timeless, emotional yet mature. As all members are longtime friends and collaborators they possess an engaging and endearing chemistry, both on and offstage.

Stretford End is currently spending every moment in the studio, working towards their full length debut record.
