The well lived career of The Still Life has come and gone for the time being, as we are all pursuing higher education and other musical projects. Ben has a solo project named The Flaw and The Prophet following his more indie nature, Sam has been gathering recognition in the Nashville based melodic death metal band Guard Your Steps, John is working closely with school mates writing material for both an acoustic indie and metal projects, and Bryson delivers pizzas.

Our reunion show has come and gone and we sincerely thank each and every one of you for supporting us during these years. We do not have any other shows planned, but they are not out of the question in the next couple years, so stay posted.

We are making our full length release The Bird and the Spider available for free download on our purevolume site for anyone to enjoy. So some one, come all, tell all your friends you love good music.

Still Life is the creative synthesis of guitarist Sam Buchanan's Emo bent, Bassist John McEntire's metal roots, Drummer Bryson Reynolds' romantics, and Lead singer and keyboardist Ben Rowe's indi-art-rock flavour.
