Static Line is high voltage Rock & Roll. The band is made up of three talented musicians hailing from South Dakota. They have been around since 2002 and came into the scene wielding in-your-face guitar riffs loaded with the swagger of classic rock and the attitude of punk rock, injected directly into your veins. Bringing a new edge to todays rock scene, Static Line also brings a little bit of that old familiar feel of the way it used to be. Their brand of rock & roll is reminiscent of SoCal punk heroes, Social Distortion and Bad Religion, blended with the bluesy, gutsy guitars of The Rolling Stones and Aerosmith.

With sensitive thoughtful lyrics that come from a quarter century of heartaches, break ups, mistakes, milkshakes, and a few band-aids, Static Line is driven by a love of soulful music and real messages of life lessons for real people. We're not going to sit and tell you that everything is always going to be ok because its not, but there is always hope. But this hope is marred by the skepticism of a society that has become the underbelly of an ever growing giant. We are here to slay that giant. We are the David to this Goliath.
