Hello friends!
It's been crazy busy over here in SGD Land. We have finished tracking all the drums, bass and rhythm guitars for the rest of the LOVE GONE MAD LP. All there's left to do is record vocals and have our secret weapon (Luke Sullivant) create some music magic. I just recently flew out to Tulsa, Oklahoma to meet up with Chris Cleveland to start producing the vocals. Things are really coming along. Chris just recently moved his studio from Owasso OK, to his home in Tulsa OK. It's very comfortable and convenient. I have been sleeping on a futon in the "CAVE" also known as the studio. All the windows are blacked out and the room is completely sound proof. It's basically a giant coffin. I have eaten Mexican food everyday since I arrived in Tulsa and to be honest, I can say that I am getting tired of it. I need to find me a place to get some chicken and rice!!!
It's nice to be back in Tulsa. It's good to see old friends and take in the "slow life" of Oklahoma. It's nothing like Phoenix Arizona, where I live. It's sort of a vacation for me. Honestly, everyday is like a vacation for me. I am truly thankful to be able to make music for a living. I can't thank you all enough for all the love and support you have shown us. We are truly blessed!

CMT LISTENERS CHOICE AWARD. Stars Go Dim is up for a 'Country Music Television/Nashville Songwriters Association International' Listener's Choice Award for their single "Come Around". The funny thing is "Come Around" is the only non-country sounding song nominated for the award. They had over 3000 international submissions and SGD is in the top 15 determined by professional judges. Please let your voice be heard. Fans are allowed to vote as many times as they want.
