The changes have begun!

Over the past few months, the band has contemplated and pondered much about what our new name should be. We've had thoughts and ideas thrown at us from all different directions and from many different people, but as we filtered through all of those proposals, one stood out to us all..... SOUTHWELL.
SOUTHWELL is one of the fine boroughs in Nottinghamshire, England, and it has such a ring to it that all of us in the band agreed it would suit us well. This name change is just the first of many that will be taking place in the upcoming months. Soon to come: at least two newly recorded songs written by the band's current lineup; a brand new website from the likes of Kevin Boone (professional web designer); new merchandise; and most importantly.... NEW SHOW LISTINGS!!! All of this will come with virtually no stopping point in our contact with you, our loyal fans! You can continue to contact us here at PureVolume, or through our MySpace site! We'll be sure to respond back to any and all questions you might have for the band!
Last, but MOST important.... THANK YOU!!! This giant thanks goes out to everyone who has contributed in any way to the band. Whether it was our families, friends, ex-band members, or random listeners, you have all played a huge role in where we are now and the opportunities that have been given to us.
Keep rockin' Slapdash fans, and we hope all of you come with us as we continue making music as Southwell!
