Representing the Northside of Atlanta, GA, Saint Paul tha Sound Professor brings some of the hardest beats bangin' out Hip Hop and R&B tracks. An Alcatraz Camp affiliate (Northside ATL's hottest underground group), tha Sound Professor has been involved in North ATL's underground circuit since 1999 constantly changing, growing, and evolving to the sounds he brings today. Starting out as a recording artist himself under the alias "Dyonysis", tha Sound Professor had to learn music production fast if he wanted to continue to record when his producer at that time (Rod Sharif) got locked up in 2001. He honed his production talents and started making beats for other North ATL artists under the alias "Peter Paul". Now he has evolved into Saint Paul tha Sound Professor, making Explosive Hip Hop Beats, free-lance. He has worked on several projects, including most recently his production project "Saint Paul tha Sound Professor presents Grind Mode Volume One" (a compilation, 2006), a Jay-Z The Black Album remix "Fade To Black" (full LP, 2005), and an artist project under the alias Dyonysis "Bring Tha Noize" (full LP 2005). Additionally, he has collaborated with other up-and-coming producers (i.e. Rod Sharif, Tuny, and Noo FyQoo) and artists (i.e. Alcatraz Camp, Boss Chrome) in the North Atlanta area.
