Snow Patrol's 'Chocolate' is on the amazing soundtrack to Zack Braff's new film THE LAST KISS, which is in stores on August 8th on Lakeshore Records. The album comes out in stores on on August 8th, with the film following on Sept. 15th. For more information on the film and its soundtrack, click here.

We are delighted to announce details of a huge homecoming show for Snow Patrol, that is set to take place as part of the band's winter UK Tour this coming December: The Patrol will return to Scotland to perform at Glasgows SECC on Saturday 16th December 2006, before heading south to play two nights at Wembley Arena, details of which we announced back in May. Tickets for the show will go on sale on Friday 14th July at 9:00am GMT via ticketmaster.co.ukand seetickets.compriced 22.50.
