*** I'm currently completing work on a new album called "10 Day Loan". I had use of a Macbook for 10 days and I went crazy on GarageBand recording songs. I expect to be done with the album within the next month - stay tuned.
A few words on these featured songs:
Do Great Things - I wrote this as an upbeat good-bye song to the students I worked with.
Discover Freedom - I wrote this song for an upcoming roadtrip to StL. I'm going to help make a promotional movie for a local clothing company with some friends of mine. Should be awesome!
Saturday - More of an interlude, this is representative of some of the things I was able to do simply because I had access to a sweet recording program. This is the first time I recorded myself playing harmonica.
800 Days / Be Here Now - Two distinct parts, one general theme. 800 Days was something I originally came up with on piano around New Year's. This is a more fully realized version with keyboards, bass guitar, piano, etc. Be Here Now is an original recording I did using my digital voice recorder - it comes in handy when I want to capture ideas before they slip away.
