Hello World. My name is Smalls. I was born in Boston, Mass on Febuary 20,1986. I was born a Brazilian/Italian Baby (unless my parents lied to me). I lived In Boston till I was about 4, Then I moved to South Florida. I didn't stay too long. In around 1993 or 1994, My family moved to Columbus, Ohio. We really stuggled there......In other words we was broke. Struggling was something that was tough, but it was building me up to be the person I am today. Getting beat up every other day and christian school was a real hard lesson. On wit the bio....The reason we went to OHIO was because my moms and pops was going to bible college at world harvest church. My pops was going to be a pastor. and my mom was going for praise and worship. After they were done, God called my POPS to do ministry BACK in South Florida. At this point I was about 11. God gave my pops a vision to open up a christian club. at that time a "christian" club was absord. If anyone reading this does not think God has a plan for everything this was my proof. The DJ for the club was Tiago aka DJ zion....Little did I know this would be my future brother-in-law and buisness partner.lol. Well, I remember I got my first christian rap CD...Grits. "Mental Releases" It was my favorite CD. I memorized that CD line for line. Knowing that theres music out there other then talking about Girls, Cars, and money....I got into learning how to DJ. I started spinning with Tiago just playing around and scratching. We started to get alot of rappers in our church and our club was turning into a hip-hop joint. Cats was spittin fire. Well, stay wit me....We got different rap groups in our club coming in all the time. One of the groups that caught my eye was Words of Knowledge. They were a rap group that was making a name for themselves here in South florida at the time. I got to meet one of the members which was Paddy aka Delivera, and got to know him personally as a friend. We started chillin and I started brushing up on my DJ'n skills...I begged him to give me a chance to try out as a Dj for the group. After a couple of months of begging, I got my chance. I became a dj for Words of Knowledge. Months went by and we were doing shows almost every other week.... Everytime The group had a writing session I sat in, and noticed I started writing rhymes as well. After I started I couldn't stop. In school, At home, at work.....Everywhere. Then I started to rap with the group at shows and stuff. DJ'n and rappin. But while all this was going on God was really talking to me...I knew that my calling was to rap, But I wanted to DJ. I knew I had a message and yet God and myself were asking how much can I share that message behind the turntables. (I'm not sayin that God does not call DJ's) It just wasn't MY calling. I started to rap and decided I was going to start a solo act and still be in the group, But I was kind of kicked out of the group because I was not giving full potential. All for the best...Since then I've been working on what God has called me for. And by the way...Tiago(dj Zion) is my dj, And Paddy (Delivera) is my right hand man on stage and in the buisness.
