Slightly Mental is a strait up punk band out of Auburn, California. Yeah, Auburn sucks and isn't very well known for having a very good music scene, but hey, if you can make it work, go for it. Just one more thing:NEVER visit Auburn. It's totally and completely not worth it. Not to mention that the people here go around with their own little groups and never talk to anyone that they don't already know. So never come here unless it's a short term thing, like for a show or something.

Anyway, most of the songs are, indeed, cover songs. Some, however, are our own creation. Some of the covers are like, The Ramones-I Wanna Be Sedated, The Misfits-Halloween, Minor Threat-Good Guys Don't Wear White, and hell, why not? We'll throw in some Green Day.
