"These next guys don't mix ska and hardcore, but they're still pretty sweet. Sleep Tight Tiger are a blend of whine-hardcore and proggier shit like Fall of Troy and Coheed. The guitar playing is top-notch, interesting stuff, which is what really floats my boat about these dudes. The final product reminds me a lot of Thrice's "pop-punk" tunes from their first two albums: bitchin' noodling and better-than-average vocal melodies.
