Sleeping For Sorrow is coming to a long needed break.
It's seems that is the proper time to take a break and figure out this chapter of our lives. This band has been a huge part of us this past year and we wouldn't trade those memories for anything. But we all feel led in different directions at this point in our lives. Please remember.... We're still just teenagers and we've reached the point where we have to be making decisions for our long-term futures.
It's hard for us to say that Sleeping For Sorrow is gone for good. Because there is a chance of it picking back up again in a few months with some slight member changes.
As for the moment, we are at a crossroads and are equally for continuing on with the band or quiting it. The decision is still in the air, and will be thought out with great care in the coming months.
For us... Andrew will be attending College to pursue his passion for nursing. Andre is going to be taking a year for travel/ Europe and how to live in "the real world". And Nate will be moving out very soon and is feeling led toward some other musical directions.
For now, we want to invite you all to Sleeping For Sorrow's last show.
It will take place on June 3rd at Our Place Christian Church in Hillsboro, Oregon.
It's going to be an amazing night with some of our favorite bands we've played with.
