Before sliced bread, before communism, before Jesus walked the earth and God walked it before him, there were dinosaurs.
Several years later, our story begins.
Sleeping Berries Three, formed by Matt Haupert and Daniel Payton Sterba, brings a unique fusion of power-pop and monster-rock that has taken the nation by storm. Think the Jonas Brothers with a badittude.
With heart-wrenching choruses like "maybe if you take out the lettuce I can fit my whole hand in your taco," and inspirational messages, such as "we don't need two feet to bathe," Sleeping Berries Three is famous for the painful honesty of their lyrics.
SB3 recently released the single "Snapshot of Dani," which will appear as the opening track on next summer's anticipated album "There, Beneath the Shrubbery." After the stunning immediate success of "Snapshot," the band expects 1-5 grammys for the new album.
"I expect anywhere from one to five grammys for the new album," said Haupert.
For now, Sleeping Berries Three is still just a couple fellas with a dream. But in due time, Haupert and Sterba just may wake up to find their dream come true.
