BIO:

Skantly Prepared is the pride of The Tampa Bay Ska Scene. Thier pure talent and energy combine to make one extremly gifted group. On may 15th 2005, Skantly Prepared, made their first public apperance at The TSACO "Battle Of the teen bands". Playing the first five songs they had thrown together last minute Skantly Prepared landed fith place. Later on that summer at a practice at Mike Perry's house we Recieved a call from MATT TURNER of Skacore Records. He requested Skantly Prepared at Skacore Records Show at The Neptune Lounge in Tarpon Springs w/ The D-Cent Jerks(porta Rico) and One and Done. Ever since that show Skantly Prepared has taken control of the music secen little by little.

At A Practice on Saturday September 17th, The band recieved the bad news the Lead Singer and Guitar Player John Paul would not be returning after SKATOBER FEST. He has decided to pursue other musical lifestyles. We Wish him all the luck in the world in the future and there will always be a place for him in Skantly Prepared. Skantly Prepared Will find a new singer and continue its quest to make great and play it for great Fans.

The Newest Addition to Skantly Prepared was lead guitar player Rory Flaherty. A long time friend of the bands Rory had a seamless entry into the band and the group greeted him with open arms and were very happy to have him. A warm and special thanks goes to Rory for helping the band in the weeks following the loss of John Paul and They cannot wait to record and perform with newly gained influence and talent.
