PureVolume

sink the sun is an unsigned indie/alternative band from Strongsville, Ohio, a suburb of Cleveland formed out of the breakup of Lovers Not Fighters. They are currently working on the release of their 4 track EP, Wallysaurus.

Short History:
The name was thought up by Mark, randomly, at a practice, however the band was also considering the name to be "sinking saturn". There were speculations of the new band having 3 guitarists, but Hofer ended up playing Jacob Lee’s bass. The manager is still James Hartig, and we have kept two staff members, Tannaz Rowshanbakhtfardian and Carly Brown. They were pretty much the only members that actually showed some remote interest and dedication to the band. Jake and Bower left the band for various reasons and then sink the sun got some new members (Clint + Kevin Cross). This brings us to now...

Website/Myspace:
The website is maintained by the manager, James Hartig. All blog entries are being posted on the website and on the myspace. However, the blog will hopefully me moved to just the website or something where all of our fans can stay informed in one place.

We are working on some songs now and hope to have some more recordings and demos out soon!
