When shredding fundamental guitarist Joel Ward asked James DiNanno to start up a new project James jumped at the oppertunity. "I had been trying to start a band for months and we just clicked." After one short month of writing they slowly filled in the missing pieces to their band grabbing Joel's brother Dan on bass. A few months later in the process of recording their studio album vocalist Cory Jackson joined. It all seemed to fit so well with the combination of piercing metal riffs,fundamental breakdowns, heart felt lyrics, kick your ass drum beats, and Cory's emotional vocals. Not to mention the most entertaining and energetic live show around. It's starting now. Silhouette Rising looks to keep improving until they're heard on every radio. The boys are influenced by everything whether it be radio rock, classic rock, jazz, classical, or even experimental hardcore. They will keep trying new ideas while keeping their own original sound.
