Having been established in 2005 and playing hundreds of shows with the likes of 10 Years, Nonpoint, Skindred, Blackstone Cherry, The Used, 12 Stones, Ludacris, Sw1tched, KIttie, Smile Empty Soul, Evans Blue, Dope, and their good friends in Anew Revolution. They have done national tours and been featured on the Nopi tour and Nopi Tuner Vision on the Speed Channel. Silence Is Broken was the number 1 requested band 525powertracks.com for well over a year.

Silence Is Broken has recently recorded and released their highly and anticpated E.P. "...A Brief Moment Of Silence" with their good friend and well known producer Ben Schigel (drowning pool, Sw1tched, Chimaria, Breaking Point etc) at Spider Studios in Strongsville Ohio. They have recently signed with a Lane Productions and will have national tour dates announced shortly for early 2010, and will be back out doing what they do best, putting on a high energy in your face show. A show that has quickly made them one of the premiere midwest regional and national live bands.
