Shekinah is a post-rock band from Albuquerque, NM that is known for cascading melodies and deep emotional catharsis. They blend a melancholic and intimately uplifting atmosphere with heart-felt passion and intensity live. Shekinah released its first full length (an instrumental) album- The Wind Lost its Breath and the Sea Became as Smooth as Glass, last April after culminating songs over a period of a few years, and playing endless shows all over the state. The band is now in writing once again and has much plans for the future.
