With two Victory Records releases under their belts, Scars of Tomorrow have established themselves as an undeniable, relentless force on the metalcore scene. Now theyre ready to crash into the sensibilities of all hardcore rock fans with the release of The Failure In Drowning. Produced by Eric Rachel (Atreyu, God Forbid, A Life Once Lost), the new album blends breakdown-driven hardcore and vicious, razor sharp metal to create an aural attack that refuses to let up from first note to last.
According to singer Mike Milford, the fierce new sound is the product of perpetual roadwork. Weve been going nonstop for a couple years, he says. The constant touring made it a lot easier for everybody when it came to working on this record. As soon as we started writing, everyone put in their own insight and things just flew together.
