Save Ferris was a ska punk band formed circa 1995 in Orange County, California. The band split up in 2002; their final performance was held in Culver City, California on September 20 of that year. They were best known for their cover of Dexys Midnight Runners' '80s classic "Come on Eileen."

Breakup

Controversy surrounded the band's 2002 break up. After the breakup Monique Powell performed with a new band under the Save Ferris moniker[citation needed]. This resulted in a lawsuit [citation needed].

After the break up of Save Ferris, members Bill Uechi, Brian Mashburn, T-Bone Willy, Eric Zamora, and Jos Castellaos went on to form a ska/reggae band named Starpool.
