At 19 and 20 years old, it is hard to believe that Saved By Grace are as dedicated to their music as they are, especially since all five are juggling their first year in college and making the band succeed.

Housed in New Jersey, the state that has produced some of the most popular bands of the past decade, Saved By Grace are a formative rock band whose combined excellence is apparent through the heart pounding drums, strategic guitar slides and expressive, emotional vocals.

“We love to play and even listening to a new song for the first time will just put us in the mood to write new songs and become an even better band than we are today,” states Guitarist Nico Tramontana.

The boys haven’t wasted any time fine-tuning their skill. They independently released a demo in 2005 and began performing with acts such as Don’t Look Down, Tokyo Rose, Valencia, Agent Sparks, and many others.

It hasn’t always been a smooth run for the five emotive, pop rock talents though. At the end of 2006 the band said good-bye to their long time drummer and friend Jared. Now, with a line-up consisting of Ant Gorgo (vocals), Eric Trovarelli (gutiar), Nico Tramontana (guitar), Gino Coia (bass/vocals), and new addition Jimmy Vassallo (drums), Saved By Grace are ready to record their first EP and are confident that their music can be therapeutic.

“We want everyone to know that we play because we love to and the songs we write have more meaning than just a catchy melody. We write about our lives and the things that are happening around us…Use our music as a way to let out your emotions if something is going on in your life where you need someone or something to listen to… that is the reason why we make the music we do and we thank everyone who has helped us and just came up and said, 'Great set tonight guys',” claims Tramontana.
