In 2000, Chris Wallbank and four other lads got together and made a band called Ripchord, playing indie and influenced by britpop bands. After four years and a completely different linup apart from the founding member, Ripchord have now built up a reputation as heroes of the Wolverhampton music scene and have recently supported a number of NME-feautured bands.
