RE:ZOUND has been around since 2001. That year they were voted MTV's Number One Undiscovered artist by fans through the now defunct mtvundiscovered.com. Their first official release, "Breathe", continues to have a strong underground following. Though the song was never released to mainstream radio, not a single re:zound show goes by without chants from the crowd to play the title track from that CD.

In 2003 the band released "RE:Worship". This CD produced 3 Top 30 Christian Rock singles. The band used proceeds from the sales of this CD to pay their way to play rock crusades in India in 2003 and 2004 -- playing before audiences of more than 50,000 each night.

The band's new CD, "35 Weeks", reflects over a year of intense writing and recording. The album departs from the primarily worship feel of "RE:Worship" but still has a bit of that flavor.

With a slightly new lineup and the new cd ready to hit stores August 6th, RE:zound plans to tour throughtout late 2006 and into 2007.
