my name is cody coffey.
regal standard began in 2006 when i started recording a few tunes.
i began sharing my music with close friends and relatives.
since then i've been getting to know some amazing local artists.
BOO HISS, PARSEN, THE PERK-O-LATOR, and MANIPULATOR ALLIGATOR
these people have inspired me and encouraged me to make music my life.
Regal Standard is influenced by many of the local music flowing out of the vibrant music scene in Lawrence and Kansas City. Using a minimalists approach, Regal Standard puts together warm appealing melodies to create memorable folk tunes. Drawing much of the inspiration for his music from the changing seasons, family, and unique personalities he has come to know as home.

friend and he said that he is definitely interested in
buying your cd. and i will order one soon, i just need
to confirm the use of my mother\'s credit card! which
is always a good thing to do... anyways, keep up the
great work, it would be amazing to have the chance to
meet/ jam with you but unfortunately we live many miles
away from each other.. if you ever make it big and
tour in toronto.. well, i\'ll be in the crowd :)
