Music is so memorable because so often it is tied to a moment, a memory, a place or specific person. Remember how you have felt as music provided that unique soundtrack your life? RADIOFORHELP has made it their goal to contribute to your soundtrack as they write songs that make you want to sing along in your car with your friends, crank up during your work out, or even dance to in your room. Their style of high energy passionate punk rock captures many of the intricacies of life, adversity, and relationship. Their style and sound have often been compared to bands like Taking Back Sunday, Senses Fail, and Saosin. RADIOFORHELP promises a perfect balance between catchy, powerful vocals and aggressive guitars.

Forming in 2004, Matt Shostak, Greg Shostak, Steve Pritchard, and Mike Erickson came together with the common goal of following in the footsteps of their favorite punk rock predecessors. Like so many, their story began with a chance meeting, however their story is unique in that this meeting was at a local gym. Through his training, Matt extended an invitation to Mike to join their previously assembled group. After only one session, they knew that their styles where a perfect fit. RADIOFORHELP takes their name from the lyrics of a song from the Canadian band Filmmaker, whom they have a great deal of respect for. The line which gave birth to their name sings Love is in the air. Tonight well shoot it down. Someone radio for help.

In the more than three years that RADIOFOHELP has been together, they've toured across Canada, played on the Vans Warped Tour, and have just released their second album, which will be their first full length. Armed with the support of legions of fans across the county, RADIOFORHELP is preparing to set the new standard for punk rock. They have grown to be known as both great performers and great entertainers. If you have a chance to catch one of their shows, you won't be disappointed.
