We are THE RADIOACTIVE CANDYCANES!
It originally was 9 people but then we kinda gave up on it
Then Brad Sprayberry came up to me(Emilie Bradley) and Gage Drozdowski and said "I really wanna get this band thing going. If y'all don't wanna be in it then I'm taking the name with me and starting a new one!"
We really were serious about it this time, so we had a 3 person band, a bunch of songs written by me and Gage, some music, and a recording software.
Then one Sunday after contempary morning service at University Assembly of God Church in Waxahachie, Texas(amazing church I LOVE IT!!! and pretty much everyone there!) we went to my house to practice and record. We brought my best friend Emily Garner, Brad's girlfriend, along because they barely get to hang out. And then we asked her to be our back up singer and suprisingly, because of her nonoutgoingness (:p) and not ever wanting to participate, she said yes.
Then Brad told us about his friend Preston Harris was a good bassist so I was like Yeah! and so was Gage and Emily.
Then just this past Wednesday, we asked our friend, Forrest Sims, from Crossfire Youth Group(the one we are part of) if he wanted to be our drummer. Finally a person with a drumset who knows how to play it and ISN’T in a band yet! :)
And that’s how we came to be the Radioactive Candycanes in a nutshell :p
