BIOGRAPHY
Quartertime Witch is a four-piece student band from Nottingham, England. They met within the first week of university and have been in a band ever since. The first band formed in 2003 called the Copouts (consisting of the current band members as well as a rapper Omar who sadly left before their first gig) disbanded in 2004 after a poor crowd performance at ISIS. Upon the break up of the pangea, the band reformed in 2005 and are now permanently known as Quartertime Witch. Practising songs in a student box house they have learnt how to effectively create a B grade song without the need of fancy recording equipment. Realising the need to get out of the house and see daylight, the band members emerged from the dark in 2006 recorded a few songs in a studio and within a few weeks, they were booked with 2 gigs, was featured on TPN rock radio, got interviewed and entered a Battle of the Bands competition. With stories and songs to tell it'll be an experience you or your kids would not want to miss. All the songs are true. All the songs are real. Remember that.

As months passed, there was no word. Songs were sung, but nothing was spoken. The worst had come true. The worst always come true. Pause. Let's refresh. The delicate balance upheld by those in possession of mystical powers had been disrupted. Ghosts turned against them and a new breed of heroes emerged. They were the vampire seraphs. Seraph's were bitten through the deceit of the underworld. A form so pure that ignorance had consumed them. There remains all but one seraph, untouched, unscared and unscathed. She was referred to as the White Widow. Her hallucinogenic powers was unmatched by any invisi-sword, chants, totems or crystals. Ghosts were fighting a losing battle. Humans no longer feared them, and fear was their greatest weapon. Without the power of inflicting fear on the human race the ghosts retreated to the depths of Saurus - the deepest part of the earth known to man. Was it the beginning of the end? Or perhaps it was the beginning of a new beginning.

Magic kites fly high into space. Mushroom clouds of purple, black and green fold as the tide rises. Ghosts rule the world, humans are the prey. Witches and wizards mediate this inevitable intertwining relationship between the two, through crystal balls and potions of fire and ice.
Time is never found because it never existed. Songs circulate round the glass globe ad infinitum. As the clouds part, the story unfolds and the truth is told in quarter note variants.
Feel the flow: "When it is quiet, keep it soft. Yes, keep it soft. When volcanoes erupt and the kites fall to the sky, turn it up. Keep it aloft".
You're Mine to keep. Till we meet again, goodnight. Sweet dreams.

While the Spider stalks its prey, a new band by the name of Quartertime Witch has emerged (aka QTW). Behold, for you are in danger of its entrapment...no super hero can you save you once your ears take that dive into oblivion.
