Members: Bill Dozer (raps), Rob Banks (beats)
Practical Academics of Criminal Records are an original sounding underground hip-hop duo from Canada's birthplace, Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. With Rob Banks on the beats and production, and Bill Dozer with his one of a kind voice and rhymes the group formed in 2002 and in 2003 finished their first release "So Many Problems". Not long after they dropped another EP called "Can't Wake Up" and are now working on a full-length album. Both are focused on other side-projects and shows as well. Rob Banks is also producing beats for a number of artists and Bill is working on his solo release.
