Poppermost is an original indie power pop rock band and cartoon based in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. The free-wheelin' pop band, often described as "the anti-Hootie leads the Who," has been voted "one of Las Vegas' most promising bands" by the Las Vegas Weekly.
Our influences include: The Beatles, R.E.M., Oasis, Queen, David Bowie (Ziggy Stardust era), Beach Boys, Jimi Hendrix, Rolling Stones, Santana, Bruce Springsteen, and The Who.
Some people have said that we sound like: R.E.M., Wilco, Elvis Costello, Oasis, Jet, the Beatles, Beach Boys, Queen, and classic 60s / 70s pop radio.
