Losing A High-Value Customer
Some people rely on services such as Uber Eats when they are extremely busy or if they don’t have a car. This is the case for Reddit User GreatBonobo who uses Uber Eats at least twice a day, spending well over $1,000 a month. In one instance, they placed a $13 order in which the app responded with a message saying “Could not find created order.”
Not thinking much of it, they ordered again and received the message that both orders were on the way. When speaking to a “supervisor”, they said they could not refund their order and now GreatBonobo no longer uses Uber Eats, causing them to lose a high-value customer.
