Pieces Of Eight is an acoustic/folk band formed by Mathias (guitars, vocals) and Isa (shawm, tin/low whistle, flutes, vocals).

We make music because it is fun, not because we want to be your next superstar :P And, of course, all of our music is home recorded (hey, we're just two poor students).

Most of our songs are covers of songs we like or of which we think they could sound interesting if we reinterpret them. Yet there are only own instrumental pieces. Who knows if this will change...
