"Please Please Please sounds like something very familiar. The back bone is a well represented drums and occasional electric piano that flavor the mood with a hint of modern edginess, almost punk rock. The bass is slower, and plodding and similar to 70's rock and older, just sort of keeping along with it while adding to the mood. From there, the guitar and vocals place the theme tightly around them." - Max Glenn

Please Please Please is an indie band out of Kirksville, Missouri. Members consist of Dillon Lara (guitar/vox), Brad Burger (bass/vox) and Jeremy Morton (drums/vox/keyboards/percussion). The band formed in 2005 in search of satisfying their musical goals and dreams. Musical Influences range from Jimmy Eat World to Bob Dylan to At The Drive-In. PPP is upbeat and uplifting. They strive to write songs of hope and faith - a needed contrast to the current onslaught of depressing songs about pain and heartbreak. From the get-go, the band has been feverishly writing and practicing. They played their first show in September of 2005 at Truman State University's "Down Under". The band has just finished recording two songs with infidel! records' Todd Baran.

Please Please Please has had the honor to share the stage with the likes of Deep Elm's Latterman, Rock Ridge Music's Ike Reilly Assassination, and other close to home bands including: Engaged, With Love, Stuck With Arthur, and Geisert 8 band.

The band is very available for shows and would love to play! Shoot them an email at booking@pleaserock.net or call 660-626-3463! Look for more songs on this page in the near future, and catch them at an upcoming show! If you miss them, you will be sorry you did!

Need help booking a show in/around Kirksville? Let us know, we'd be more than willing to set up a show with your band anytime!
