With more than 200 shows and multiple tours in Europe and the US, PinBoys is about to become what no other Danish pop-punk band has ever been; Being one of the most hard rocking bands in Europe right at the time! Their talent for creating music with passion, energy and catchy melodies has made PinBoys one of the most interesting upcoming act in Denmark right now and with their debutalbum Teenage Wasteland in their hands theyre ready to conquer the world!

PinBoys formed back in the summer of 2002, but only found the perfect lineup in december 2003 when Anne joined the band. Another turning point came when Manfred Zhringer from Iceberg Records drove through a blizzard to see the band perform a performance that later led to the signing of PinBoys. Through Iceberg Records there has been established contact to labels all around the world and deals have already been made for both the german and the japanese markets but many more will follow! PinBoys has always been, and will always be, a DIY band. Handling all the tourbooking up untill 2006 both in Denmark and Europe with great success, making their own musicvideos, creating their own street team with members in over 20 cities across Europe and much more. Taking care of the fans and friends has always had absolute toppriority for PinBoys and this has accumulated a massive loyal fanbase in all cities they have visited so far and more and more join in every day.

Being the sole band in the genre with the 2 leadsingers of different sex gives PinBoys obvious advantages. Inspired by bands from the whole punk-rock scene (Fall Out Boy, Story of the Year, Sugarcult etc.) as well as old legends such as Iron Maiden and AC/DC, the band creates their own unique sound. What makes PinBoys stand out from the thousands of other pop-punk bands is the full use of both a male and female lead vocal. The two vocals have their own identity, but together they match in perfect harmony. Furthermore, PinBoys add loads of details and ripping guitar riffs, which put a lot of variety in their songs, but at the same time, the band always keep them snappy.

The release of Teenage Wasteland is the result of 4 years of hard work in the rehearsal room, in the studio and on the road. The wish to avoid making a classic debutalbum with only one hit and medicore sound made the journey extra long. The debutalbum had to be perfect! PinBoys allied themselves with the top notch producer Florian Novak (5BUGS, KAIN etc.) and the wellknown vocalcoach Jeff Collier (Guano Apes, Donots etc.) and spent one month in Daily Hero Studios in Berlin. The result proves that is was worth the wait!

Since their first major tour in the fall of 2003 PinBoys has been one of the danish bands that marks themselves the most abroad. They have played most danish venues and all over Germany, Benelux and even shows in USA. The numerous shows, a very professional attitude and an eagerness to play shows at a high level has given PinBoys a reputation as a state of the art liveband! Theyre a rockin act with a big focus on bringing the audience into their world of massive energy, jumps, shouts, guitarspins, spitting, sweating and tons of lust for life!
