We have some exciting news for you all! There are going to be two new additions to the Pillar family this summer. Lester and his wife are expecting their first baby in June. The news is out! Pillar will be touring with POD this spring on the "Warrior's 2: Guilty By Association Tour". The tour will take place this April/May. Dates to be announced soon. Yes, you will hear new Pillar material during that tour. Probably the best of the new stuff we are working on right now. Back from tracking bass

Yo. I am back from my first session of tracking bass. I was only able to record for 4 days because our producer Travis Wyrick had to leave town on Friday for the weekend. Nevertheless I got 13 songs and an instrumental tracked in those 4 days. Only three songs and another instrumental left to go. Rob is going to start doing some vocals this upcoming week while I hang at home. After many trials this weekend I finally made it to my hotel in Knoxville, TN to start recording bass tomorrow. So let me tell you about these trials. Well first off, we left home Thursday night for Burbank, CA. We arrive around 10:30pm and then had a 5 hour drive to Modesto, CA. The only good thing about that drive was that I didn't have to drive and that we got to stop at In-and-Out Hamburgers. We didn't make it to the hotel and get to bed until about 6am.
