Mon'Ray Penny was born in Forth Worth TX, then relocated to Houston,TX. When he was 2yrs old. Mon'Ray lived in various parts in Houston and went to my different schools in his early years. Mon'Ray was introduce to rap in elementary when his mother brought him snoop dogg doggystyle in 1993.Mon'Ray also listen to Tupac,Biggie,Methodman ,Kanye West,Jay-z and his favorite Houston artist such as dj screw, lil flip, ugk,lil keke,swishahouse, chamillionaire,paul wall,slim thug and the whole chopped and screwed music scene in Houston.By the age the age of 17, Mon'Ray Penny finished high school and moved to the great northwest Seattle, Washington.While living in sea/tac Mon'Ray meet a local rapper named Slim Jackson.Slim let Mon'Ray listen to a song of his called game. The song had a big influence and inspired Mon'Ray to make music.By the age of 21 Mon'Ray Penny relocated back to Houston,Texas to get away from the bad surrounding and start fresh. Mon'Ray linked up with a child hood friend and collab on a mixtape together called Open Season Part.1.Now Mon'Ray has team up with Charles Scott (leetochuxx) who started mytazwell music. Mon'Ray Penny aka pennyboifre$h is also a member of the mvpgang (MORALZ,VALUES,AND PRICIPLEZ tha Undaground Ovalordz). Pennyboifre$h is currently working on is solo mixtape N.B.O (Nuttin But Original).
