The Pedestrians have been actively playing together since August of 2004. The band is comprised of bass player Gabe Nelson, drummer and pianist Jason Martin and lead singer and guitarist Ian Gibson. The project which started in Casper Wyoming has grown to be recognized on a state and regional level, playing concerts for a number of events both in and out of state. The overiding purpose of the band is to honor God and they do that through their music. The songs do not scream Christianity, but simply and subtly point to God. This theme is carried throughout the band's music and into their daily lives. When asked about how to best classify the music the band simply responded "It's really just our own stuff.
