Bob Proctor should proctor more exams in this world...

blog post
Hello all you lovely forces of greatness,

So my beloved friend and partner in all of our musical/entrepreneurial proceedings, Kyle Schember, (who is actively involved with the production of Peachcake's music, owns the studio we work out of, and is an avid member of the Planet Awesome happenings) enlightened me with a very valuable quote today, which prompted me to write about it here...

The quote is increidbly uplifting eventhough very stern and intense at heart...

Bob Proctor, one of the co-creators and founders of "The Secret," and purveyors of its inherent manifestation, among other media and projects revolving around the essence of The Secret and the inherent messages and fundamental principles and concepts involved said something that highly resonated with me.

He said: "Addiction is never getting enough of what you don't want"

The incredulity and magnitude of this quote is indescribable, really. I don't know that anyone, perhaps even the greatest, most affect cynic, or journalist of the negative agenda could argue with the validity and truism this quote hold and possesses to intensely.

Think about this example alone: Most people who are addicted to smoking cigarettes often wish, and openly admit that they weren't addicted to it...most people who are addicted to just about any substance, or way of life will always quickly shoot themselves and/or their habits down because they know of its detriment. The reason they don't do anything about it is because they feel helpless and hopeless towards it; they feel they don't have the mental/physical wherewithal to trump it, and thus it becomes a crutch, or scapegoat.

Anyway, I'd really like you to think and muse on this quote very hard and focus your energy on configuring what it means to you, and where it play a role in your life.

Please leave any thoughts, musings, and responses in the billboard quotes section, if you can't comment on the blogs!

Thanks, and we always look forward to hearing from you! :)

Cheers, and greatness abound!!
