Andy Warhol should be everyone's agent.

"In the future everyone will be famous for 15 minutes." -Andy Warhol Pardon me for being so cliche there, but I've always been enamored with this quote and fascinated by it for some reason. To be honest, I'm not even sure why...I guess it's the fact that it seems to have come true in some respect, and that this Nostradamus-channeled moment of clarity has not only become immortalized into culture through the emblemization of this effervescent wisdom and phrase upon pictures and works of Andy's, but also because it's accosted an abundance of example by proliferation of art and communication via the changing technology evolving modes of outreach and promotion of creations and creative works since his time. I mean, now due to the Internet, anything is or can become popular, almost immediately. We do specials, features, and highlight people and things for becoming "Internet-Stars" and growing or accruing such a large amount of "views," and "hits," just because they put something on the Internet that hastily drives curiosity..and we all think we can do it, and we all almost fall victim to it, and we all try to create that same kind of acclaim, no matter what the substance is, regardless of its value and importance or its asininity or inanity. Nonetheless, I don't mean to berate or belittle so much as I'm curious of what your thinking is of this vast movement of unadulterated fame and its furthered proliferation... Do you think Andy was right? What does his quote say or mean to you. Please leave your comments on the main comment billboard, if they aren't posting here. Thanks all! Cheers, and greatness abound, -Stefan
