Patrick Watson's latest CD, Just Another Ordinary Day, is a forty-five minute fall into a string of nine tracks that is ultimately held together by its cinematic thread. The album emerges from classical to electronic influences, none-the-less being driven by an underlying pop sensibility, creating a mixture of many styles. Just Another Ordinary Day, which was released a year ago, brought the band to tour all over Canada as well as in the US. Along with the release of the album was Patrick's official website, complete with teaser trailers and short episodes to accompany the tracks.
