"Biography" (kind of)

Hi.. We`re Pariah we are from Paysandu, Uruguay, here we'll post pics, info, show dates and extras about the band.

The band has formed in the first days of January 2007.
Our music style is
Progressive/Experimental Metal. Our Songs are really different one from another (regarding the style), cause of our wide variety of influences, and cause of the mood each one of us is when writing songs. The Lyrics are related with the life of each one of the band members and the world among us. The voice, reflects that hate to the rotten world surrounding us, and comes from the bottom of a tired existence. Guitars go according to what was previously said, heavy dark sounding, with riffs that can go from old black metal to melodic death metal influenced, with some solos that are sometimes melodic and sometimes feel full shredding. Keyboards give certain obscure atmosphere, leaving the songs with more texture. Drums have a unique style, is not just fast double bass, there is also a lot of technical passages and rhythms,
Some songs haven’t the lyrical voice because Marion wasn’t part of the band when this was recorded; she joined us in August of 2007.
Soon there will be more songs, be aware...

Hola. Somos Pariah, provenimos de la ciudad de Paysandú, Uruguay
La banda se formo los primeros días del año 2007. Hacemos un estilo metal fusión. Nuestras canciones son muy distintas unas de otras ya por las muy variadas influencias por parte de los integrantes, y por el estado de animo en el que se encuentra cada uno. Las letras están relacionadas de alguna manera con los aspectos de la vida de cada uno de los integrantes, y van desde el amor hasta el odio. La voz back expresa ese disgusto hacia el mundo que nos rodea, y sale de lo más profundo de una cansada existencia. Y la voz dulce de nuestra cantante muestra la dulzura y la esperanza dentro de tanta oscuridad. Las guitarras tienen un sonido pesado con riffs que presentan influencias que van desde el heavy al death melódico, con solos tanto melódicos como rápidos, teclados neoclásicos y batera con doble bombos acompañando los riffs.
Próximamente grabaremos más canciones, quisiéramos disculparnos porque el tema que mandamos no contiene la introducción cantada por la cantante, ya que ella no era todavía un miembro de la banda, cuando este se grabo.
