It started with a simple project called *bang!* created by Ari and Oggie. With the project, they formed a band and named it *Overload Romance * with Uthe as the only female member in the band. Their mission is to make a new band with a fresh music and different genre than most of the bands in Indonesia.

Their influences are Daft Punk, AHA and other band from the 80s, which makes their music always a mix between computer synthesizer and analog instruments.
After the released of their first mini album in 2005, they released the first full self titled album called *Overload Romance* on February 2006, in which distributed by Universal Music Indonesia.

Still using computer synthesizer but with more analog instruments, members of O.R today are Ari, Oggie, Uthe, Andri and Vandu, with their latest radio single *Layang-Layang* taken from NuBuzz Compilation 1.2. You can watch their Video Clip as well, since it is starting to play in national television nowadays.
