Rarely does the music industry see a band that has broken the mold with such a uniquely brilliant sound like Washington DC’s own, ONE THIRD DORK. Already they’ve garnered a massive following challenging the standards of popular music today. Joining the powerfully harmonious voice of singer Jamie Romine are the syncopated tones and rhythm of bassist Dan Beliveau and drummer Jonathan Varga. OTD’s music has pioneered a genre all its own. Their revolutionary Pop-Grunge sound led them to winning numerous Battle Of The Band’s, being featured on commercial and college radio, and being placed in the Top 10 choice for the Ernie Ball/Warped Tour competition. Their contagious lyrics and infectious music, of which can only be described as POP GRUNGE, a revolutionary genre on its way to sweep the local scenes and eventually break out as the next best thing.
