One Perfect Minute has been touring the US to bring their original sound to fans throughout the country. The band had played throughout their home of southwest Florida since 2001, building a solid fan base and developing their own unique style of rock music. The vocals and guitar of Nick Duarte, lead guitar of Mikey Vranek, Brad Livingston's bass guitar, and Ed Zeihm's drums come together to form emotionally charged, and melodically sophisticated, yet high energy and hard rocking music that all music fans will enjoy listening to over and over.
The groups' first 14 song album 'Opaque' was a collaboration of musical thoughts and ideas that helped to create a new and unique spin on rock catching the ears of new listeners. Their latest album 'The Analog Standard' (2005) has recieved amazing reviews from the Florida Entertainment Scene and Entertainment World online magazines (5 out of 5 stars), and has proven that their song writing and musical talent continues to grow stronger. Written and produced by the band themselves, the album was recorded and mixed by Jeff Tomei who has worked with many great artists such as the Smashing Pumpkins and Matchbox 20, and mastered by Rodney Mills who has worked with artists such as Pearl Jam, Stone Temple Pilots, and Rage Against the Machine. The album has recieved several awards on GarageBand.com such as several "track of the day" awardsin rock and in alternative rock genres, track of the week in alternative rock, best lyrics in alternative rock, and best drums in alternative rock.
One Perfect Minute plays an energetic live show that keeps their audiences enthused, intriged and entertained. The combination of great songs, top notch recordings and and amazing live showmanship has made them one of the best new rock acts to come out of Florida.
