Well, it has been a couple of months since the disturbing loss of our bass player Chad. The band sort of went into dormant mode for the most part. Until recently, we started practing again with a new bass player. We are vamping a new website and will introduce you to our new bassist on it. We are playing at a disclosed location for a wedding reception in June. Also, we'll soon have a date for the album release. As far as what the band is doing, Derek is missing from the group this summer and can be found in Texas working in the heat and humidity. If you thought you recognized your server/waiter at Lonestar in Layton, it's because synth lord Brian is there working to serve your needs. Things have been going great. Our recent shows have been fun, alot of people are showing up. And Derek (Our new singer, he's cute!) is a great addition. One More Down shows are more rockin than ever! Dave just finished mixing Over You this morning and Goodnight, Goodbye is almost finished mixing too. So, you know what that means?! It means that sooner or later, hopefully sooner, we're going to have our album out. FOR EVERYONE TO BUY! With ten (10) rockin tracks and it'll probably be enhanced with our "Back To You" video on it. We're going to be some more shows in the near future, so keep checking our website, OneMoreDown.com, and we'll let you know about whatever comes up. Hey kidlits! Its been awhile since i last updated you with our new guitar player. He's a cool kid. We are almost done finishing up the last two songs for our Rearview Romance album, so if any of you are interested in buying it for a couple bucks, send us an email. We have a couple new demos up, and i personally like them the best. We've practiced them with all the band and it sounds way good! It's some of the best stuff we've written. So how about you guys leave us a comment on which song you like the best! That's a grand idea! And check out our website and join our mailing list. We'll keep you updated with shows and new stuff! And if you're in the Utah area, you need to come to shows. We need to build up the music scene here in Utah! THERE ISN'T A SCENE! So, now i have a mission for all you Utahns: Go to every show for the local bands you like. Including ours. Because they're fun and it needs to be done. I expect big things from you! Alright people, we've got some great news! There has been a recent addition to our band. We would like to introduce to you Derek D-Rock Miller. He will be playing guitar and doing some vocals for us. AND WE'RE EXCITED TO HAVE HIM! We'll get a picture of him up as soon as possible. We'll keep you updated with the whole process.

Dave just sent me a demo of a song he's working on called The Simple Things I Want You To Know. It's just a acoustic version of this, and it sounds wonderful! We'll post that up on the site and myspace when it is complete.

-We just got done recording 3 NEW songs for our EP: Rearview Romance! Half the band has moved to Arizona so that makes our shows a little more scarce and a lot less cool - but we'll soon be re-united!!
