Members: michael gossin, zack brindisi, kevin ennis, nick tobiasz
Originally from Upstate New York, Oblique has recently located to Wilmington, North Carolina. The band began 4 years ago with original members Michael Gossin, Zack Brindisi, and Kevin Ennis. Shortly thereafter, the boys were joined by Nick Tobiasz on drums. Oblique received critical acclaim in their hometown of New Hartford, but quickly grew bored with a small and largely disorganized music scene and began to entertain the idea of relocating. Now, four years and hundreds of shows later, the band has packed up and shipped off to the busy beach town of Wilmington. With contemporary influences like Third Eye Blind and Tonic, and classic artists such as Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd, Oblique has a highly unique sound that has earned them an ever-growing legion of dedicated fans (most of whom are really hot girls).

I had this cd when I was in high school ... I would say it was given to me in 02/03 - it was a brown CD that said Oblique on it . There was ten tracks on it, the first was lullaby sounding ( It's the way you love again ....) ..... and track ten was something along the lines of " quietly you wake up, broken wings you can not fly... the sunshine i miss you in your eyes...".... is that you guys?????
