Fronted by ex-New Model Army guitarist Dave Blomberg and a collection of other pedigreed English musicians, Nozzle offer up a hard-edged blend of anthemic rock and melodic British pop music. They originally formed in 1995. The band was put together by singer, guitarist and songwriter Dave Blomberg (ex-New Model Army) and consists of Dave on guitar & vox), Michael Dean (drums), John Forrester (bass guitar) and Toni Haimi, former guitarist for All About Eve, on lead guitar.

Nozzle's debut album Winter received very favorable reviews in such respected European Magazines as Metal Hammer, Zillo and Orkus. Winter was recorded, engineered and mixed by the band at their own studio. Nozzles sound is a lush combination of rock guitars, a dynamic rhythm section, melodic vocals and dark, moody atmospheres. Nozzle have become known as a very energetic live band and have a very loyal following in and around Europe.

For their first cluster, Mystery, the band wanted to capture the feel and energy of their live performances and so recorded the majority of the songs playing together live in the studio. In keeping with the bands DIY-mentality, Mystery was recorded, engineer, mixed, mastered and produced by Nozzle at Flowermountain Studio in Devon, UK. Nozzle have continued to tour Europe, appearing at festivals in Germany and Italy and were received very favorably on the main stage at the Beautiful Days festival in Devon, whipping 10,000 strong into a frenzy.

Nozzle will be making their US debut at the NYC launch party for Cordless Recordings. Expect to see them back Stateside in early 06, as they ramp up their plan to take the States by storm!!!
