Once upon a time there was a super sweet rocker named Lucas Martin Marino. While slaying the ladies one night, he stumbled upon a poor and helpless sole named Cole Ryan Sturdevant. After teaching Cole the ways of rock, the two began their quest for glory and fame. The first project entitled BeachKidNowhere was good, but was squashed by an adversary known only to the world as Our Former Figure at the biggest battle of the bands in history. Among this crew of misfits were two soldiers named Kelsey Kenneth Austin and Joseph Thomas Blicharz. Sadley, BeachKidNowhere and Our Former Figure parted ways in all different directions shortly after. What happened next could only be explained through destiny.

Joe and Kelsey began training once again for their battle to the top. They curled 12oz of only the finest badger milk and courted only the sexiest women in all the land. One day, while Joe and Kelsey were doing something super sweet, they stumbled upon Lucas and Cole once again. After a battle that nearly took all of their lives, they opted to join forces and once again quest for the key to fame and glory.
Still weary of eachother, the four met on nuetral ground not knowing what to expect. They wore only their finest linens incase this combination of genious turned out to be too much for the human ear to handle and might cause instant death. Upon the first strum of Lucas's guitar, the clouds began swirling in the sky above. Cole followed his lead on bass as the winds almost lifted them all off their feet. Then Joe with some crazy jungle beat that can never again be played by a mortal man. In came Kelsey with a face melting solo and the heavens rained from the skies. A golden microphone appeared infront of Luke, Cole, and Kelsey. When the sounds of their voices rang out in harmonies that would paralyze even the largest of beasts, the clouds cleared and revealed a glorious sign of greatness and power... NOT QUITE THERE was born.
