Not Ashamed formed on Monday April 12th, 2004 with the conversion of three bands, "Downshift", "F.O.M.", & "Ember". After playing with many different bands Chris Smith, Preston Lee, Sammy Bruce, & Adam Palmer formed the band "Not Ashamed". With extremely powerful melody lines instrumentally, Not Ashamed blends insane vocal harmonies to formulate one extreamly catchy sound that will definitely make your head bob. Also playing extreamly power packed shows Not Ashamed has opened for such bands as "Day Of Fire" & "Two Bare Feet". As winners of The Rock Of Clevelands first annual Battle Of The Bands 2005 Not Ashamed is a band to look for in the future.
