The Noble Savage started their life in September 1999.
Their soul purpose was to play heavy metal.
The name, to remember one of the master pieces of Virgin Steele, show their philosophy of life which can be found in both their music and the words of the text.
In the 1999, the N.S. cut their first promo-cd including two tracks: Noble of the sea and Well never die. These tracks generated great buzz in Europe getting serious interest of Italian label Underground Symphony. (www.undergroundsymphony.com)
In 2002, thy cut a new promo-cd which contained the following tracks: Shadows of the night, Time to kill and Im still alive.
Word and music were decisively more mature and stronger.
They received excellent reviews worldwide including the signing of a contract with U.S.
In august 2002 they took part in the Dominus Metal Festival where the Vision Divine was the headliner band.
In December of the same year Alfio left the band leaving Riccardo Cascone to lead them and with whom they recorded in the summer of 2003 Killing For The Glory, in its entirety for U.S. at the Zenith Studios of Lucca, under supervision of Frank Andiver (Labirinth, Wonderland, Shadows of Steel), the design of cover is by Diego Ferrarin.
In May 2005 Alfio Thunder Quaceci return back in the band leaves Riccardo Cascone.
In August of the same year, Noble Savage has finally relised its first video "Shadow's Of The Night", a home made production which has been wholly directed by Luca Raimondi.
